Santigua

Santigua is a privately owned residential project on the exclusive Pearns Point development in Antigua. Santigua is one of the first projects in the EMCS MEP design portfolio and is due for completion late 2024. EMCS is responsible for the design and installation of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, WWTP, LPG, Solar PV, Solar Thermal, swimming pools and spa, and Lightning Protection.
