Trajn Blue is a 9-bedroom beachfront villa on Jumby Bay, Antigua, spanning 10 buildings with extensive civil infrastructure, a full Lutron control system, and a high-end cinema and spa facility. EMCS delivered the full MEP design across multiple swimming pools and solar thermal systems.
