Morgan’s Residence

Morgan’s Residence is a privately owned residential property to be constructed on the island resort Jumby Bay in Antigua and Barbuda. With an anticipated completion in 2027, EMCS is responsible for the Electrical, Plumbing and Pool Design scope.

Our dedicated in-house MEP design team produced design schematics, 3D isometrics, panel schedules, calculation sheets and product specifications in line with the client’s requirements.
